As part of holistic development in sports, Helio Sports organizes regular Sports Exchange programmes that provide young players with the opportunities to interact and pit themselves against overseas players. These international sports tours encompass a comprehensive structure of innovative activities, friendly matches, and cultural exchanges. that cultivates independence, teamwork and international relations amongst students through the process.
Organized by Helio Sports, the Longyan China Badminton Exchange 2020 aims to bring a contingent of young and aspiring badminton players to immerse themselves in a sports and cultural exchange in Longyan, a vibrant and scenic city in China.
Last year, this Exchange featured a 7D6N itinerary that included a tour of four cities – Longyan, Liancheng, Yongding and Shanghang, where students got to take in breathtaking sights and experienced the diverse Chinese culture first-hand.
The highlight of this trip would be a 3D2N badminton training camp hosted by Longyan Sport School, where the students get to spar and undergo technical and physical training with local players to accelerate their development.

The Singapore-Malaysia Table Tennis Exchange 2020 is jointly organized by Helio Sports and the Table Tennis Association of Malaysia. This is a 5D4N itinerary that sets off from China to Singapore and Malaysia, bringing Chinese students on a sports and cultural exchange to the Southeast Asian region.
